REVIEWSGreat purchase
Beautiful, easy to assemble. Daughter loves it.
Beautiful, easy to assemble. Daughter loves it.
Absolutely amazing to purchase if you have multiple kids. We have a 3 year old, and a newly crawling baby who love to put things in her mouth. The 3 year old loves to give the baby toys that are too small so we’ve designated this section as the “chunky toy only” area. Very durable setup and we also got the flooring to go with it so the baby can crawl around on a softer surface. She loves the toys on the side as well. We haven’t moved this yet at all, but it would be easy to take apart and move somewhere else if needed.
The quality of this playpen is so amazing! It’s gorgeous in our tiny living room and very spacious. All the surfaces are smooth so no worries about splinters and it’s very sturdy, especially with the mat attached. We went with the ZETY mat and it fits perfectly with no gaps. The door opens with one hand but it’s not too tall to step over if I’m feeling lazy. The toy panels are a bit too advanced for my 8 month old but they will entertain him as he grows. It took about 15 minutes to put together by myself and is very easy to reconfigure into different shapes and sizes. Make sure to set the connection pieces in opposite directions so you can easily collapse the playpen when you want to mop or vacuum. The mat is very soft and the cover is easy to wipe down. It took about 72 hours for the mat to reinflate fully but it was worth the wait!
Excellent!!
Fantastic product quality: great looking, easy to assemble, sturdy structure. My 10 month old baby loves it and it gives me peace of mind I can leave her playing worry-free.
I wanted to love this playpen. It’s aesthetically pleasing and my babies love the toys. The concept is cute but it’s simply unsafe. The wood is very soft. Babies chew. I’m constantly scanning their playpen to check for safety hazards. Found a decent sized piece of splintered wood. You can see in the picture where it broke off in one piece. Had they swallowed that, it could have been tragic. The horizontal slots for the toys are a hazard. Babies climb and fall. My daughter got her leg caught on the second rung up when she fell, which could easily break her leg with that force. Large bruise from it. The playpen is unsteady. Even with a mat inside- when they lift themselves up it’s constantly moving and swaying. This I could deal with/find a way to secure it, but the splintering wood is an absolute no. Would rather buy a safer, less aesthetically pleasing playpen to ensure safety.
Great playpen! Easy to assemble, quality material, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. As others have mentioned, I have found customer service to be second to none. After my dog damaged the door panel and another panel, I contacted the company to ask whether I could purchase some replacement panels. They were quick in their response and quick in getting the replacement parts shipped to me. 10/10 would recommend!
I absolutely love this playpen! I got the 10 panel, and it’s gives us space to safely give baby an area to crawl and explore. It absolutely does matter how you put this together but it folds up really nicely so when we do put it away it’s not a biggie to move. 3 of my wooden dowels were a bit loose so I contacted their customer service that is provided when you get the package. They replied in a matter of minutes and sent me replacement dowels for free. Totally worth it.
Sturdy, cute, and easy to assemble!
I can’t say enough great things about this! Our baby loves it! The built in toy panels are incredible and keep our busy girl entertained. We get so many compliments. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy. We bought extra gorilla pads to help it stay in place better because it does tend to slide on hardwood. No bad smell when opening!
I never write reviews but this product is amazing. Great quality, and it took me 20 minutes to go from opening the box to completed and cleaned up.
I have had it since Nov 2025 and it's still in great shape. Nothing is broken and there is enough space to keep all her toys enclosed. The customer service at Zety was exceptional.
Easy to install, sturdy and good quality, not too heavy to move around and it’s a great size and I love how you can make it bigger. The included toys are also a plus and my seven month old loves them
So far we are obsessed. We wanted a high quality wooden play pen that would let us customize shape for our very weird layout (including removing panels we don’t always need)… this product delivered. We use this in a couple different rooms and it’s very easy to fold. Very well designed & packaged, also. My husband and I are both design/engineering types so we are thrilled! Oh, and our daughter loves the included toys, which we were a little surprised by. I’d say these attached toys are far more aesthetic than the hokey weird ones on other products we looked at. Disclaimer: at time of writing our kiddo is less than a year old, so I can’t speak to the additional needs of a toddler just yet.
Great product for our toddler. Light weight, makes it easy to move if needed. So far it is holding well for our boy who is less than 1 year old. The height is great. The verticle bars makes it easy for the child to stand up with support but will not allow him to climb over. Just add a new padded flooring.
Love this playpen! So big and spacious. I set it up to where my baby has to move to get to everything which is great for nap time!!!
Second best investment we made for our baby. He's super active, so containing him is often necessary. He loves the interactive elements and it helped him start pulling up to standing well ahead of the curve. It's also elegant enough to look nice in our living room, and was easy to assemble and is holding up very well to daily use.
Game changer! Keeps kiddo entertained!!
We really like this playpen, it’s easy to put together and looks nice in our space. We had an issue where my 9 month old started climbing the panels with the toys. I emailed the company directly and they sent me plain replacement panels right away at not cost, we received them days after I reached out. Very good customer service. You might consider a plain playpen to start though as the vertical bars the toys are on are perfect for a climbing baby/toddler and defeats the purpose of them being safely contained.
Gasto innecesario
The wooden balls meant to for baby to play with are a hazard as he has tried to lift himself up by grabbing that specific area and has fallen face forward. I put a cushion over it and tied it, to prevent any further accidents.
Amazing playpen!!!
Looks amazing in our living room and our girls love it! Perfect for keeping our triplets and their things contained! Easy to assemble and great quality
This is a great play pen for babies!! It’s a great size and quality. But a heads up, if your child is pulling up on things be aware that the sides will move if you do not have anything under them and it’s just on hard wood!! I recommend getting a mat to help with this!!
Beautiful baby play pen. I couldn’t say a thing bad about it. All I did was put a puzzle 🧩 foam carpet under to prevent it from sliding on my wood floors. Well done happy baby boy
I really like this playpen
Great playpen. Easy to store, light to carry. Customer service has been excellent. We love it! Update: after two years of use we continue to use it. Our now toddler broke the door, contacted customer service, responded within minutes, getting replacement door free of charge! Couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service.
Just get it. It’s sturdy, adjustable to your space (I’ve had it as a rectangle, square, and circle), and the height is perfect for my now 9 month old. We purchased this when she started crawling (6 months) to keep her contained but still mobile. Other play pens are just pack and plays and not really big enough to explore. She’s now standing, and I think it’s partly because of this play pen. She’s able to independently play and use the panels to pull herself up! I have the 10 panels, and there’s so much space for her and me to move around in it with her toys. The Lovery playmat also fits in there!
Overall it’s fine but don’t buy if you have a climbing baby, the toy parts are like a ladder they climb up and out of
Great playpen one of the best in the market. This is a must buy. You can adjust how wide or short you want playpen to be. Easy to put together.
The panels are easily moveable and connections are too flimsy. If I hadnt invested this much effort in assembly I would return this. Dont buy for hardwood floors. The mat thats called compatible with the item sits inside the playpen, and the panes have to sit on the floor. The mat should extend a couple of inches so that the playpen panes sit on it and dont move easily, because hardwood floors are slippery for the panes
This is the best!! I got the 10 panels and it's nice to shape it different ways to make it smaller or larger. I will say, it is a pain to change the shape of it without a big open area. Also putting the pieces together are easy but it is very particular, or else you really won't be able to use it properly. But my son loves it. He was crawling at 7 months and then started trying to pull himself up. Using this really helped me contain him to a safe environment. This product helped my son learn to pull himself up and starting taking steps and walking by 9 months.
It was a gift and the recipient loves it.
We LOVE this play pen! I would give it 5 stars if the bottom spring loaded lock didn't come apart though. My 9 month old was able to take the lock apart by just pulling up on it a few times. I'm so glad he didn't choke on the tiny spring or the bolt that came out of it! I get the double lock thing for extra safety, but if my baby is able to pull it apart, and tiny choke hazards are popping out, then it's not really all that safe. I would either glue it down completely or just toss the gate! It's so easy to step over and I'm 5'2.
This product is amazing and as a first time mom it has saved me. Such high quality and easy assembly. My baby loves it! I know we will use it for future children. Love the wooden look, fits the decor of my home while also being functional. Their customer service is amazing. Highly recommend. Easy enough to fold up to store or move to a different room in the house. You won’t regret this purchase!
The fence is nice and seems of good quality. But when I bought it they initially shipped me the wrong thing, the mat instead of the gate, and so I had to take the box to ups for returns, and ups charged me for printing the label. So I ended up having to both do a chore and also pay to get sent the wrong thing.
great customer service if something breaks or needs replacing! works great for keeping my 12 month old in a safe play area.
I really wanted to love this playpen because the overall look is beautiful and it blends nicely with our home. I also like the built-in toys, which are a nice touch and give babies something to interact with while playing. My biggest concern is the stability. The playpen feels a bit wobbly and not as sturdy as I expected. I had hoped to attach pull-up clips and use it as a safe place for my son to practice pulling himself up, but I don’t feel confident doing that because the panels move and shake when pressure is applied. Overall, it’s attractive and functional for basic playtime, but if you’re looking for something sturdy enough to support a baby learning to stand and pull up, this may not be the best option.
This is such a beautifully crafted and easy on the eye playpen for our baby girl! It was easy to put together & arrived sooner than expected. We needed to upgrade our playpen since our daughter has started crawling everywhere and this is the perfect space & gives me peace of mind that she’s not getting into something she shouldn’t. VERY happy with this purchase!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this playpen! I purchased the 10-panel version, and it’s incredibly spacious, giving my baby plenty of room to crawl, explore, and play safely. One of my favorite features is that the sturdy wooden panels provide excellent support for pulling up and standing, which has been great as my little one becomes more mobile. The activity panels are another highlight. The toys are securely built into the playpen and made of wood with smooth, rounded edges. I appreciate that there are no exposed screws or sharp parts, so I feel comfortable letting my baby play independently for short periods while I step away. The overall construction feels sturdy, durable, and well-made. The wood is high quality, and the playpen feels very secure once assembled. My only complaint is the door design. It uses both a top and bottom latch, which can be difficult to operate with one hand. If I’m holding my baby, it’s often easier to step over the playpen rather than try to open the door. A more user-friendly one-handed latch system would make this product even better. Overall, this is a high-quality, spacious, and safe playpen that I would definitely recommend to other parents. The excellent construction and thoughtful design far outweigh the minor inconvenience of the door latch.
This was perfect! I bought this when my daughter was about 8 months old to put a barrier around her playroom. It was so easy to put together and fits the room so well. Very adjustable and can fit to any space you need. I bought the 10 panel option. I know most people connect them into a shape so it’s more stable, but even the way I have it, my now 1 year old still leans up against it and pulls up and cruises on it and it holds up great stability wise! Definitely recommend !
We absolutely love this playpen, and so does our daughter! From the moment we assembled it, we could tell it was a high-quality product. The wood is beautiful, sturdy, and well-finished, with no rough edges or cheap materials. Assembly was surprisingly easy, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. We had it set up in no time. The playpen provides a safe and spacious area for our daughter to play, explore, and practice her mobility. What truly sets ZETY apart, beyond their already excellent product quality and design, is their customer service. After an accident at home damaged the entry door panel, I contacted the company to ask whether I could purchase a replacement part. Their response was incredibly fast, friendly, and professional. They quickly helped me get a replacement door, making the entire process stress-free and easy. It's rare to find a company that not only makes an excellent product but also genuinely cares about its customers after the sale. That level of service gives me even more confidence in recommending this brand. If you're considering this playpen, don't hesitate. The quality, ease of assembly, thoughtful design, and exceptional customer support make it an excellent investment.
Baby loves this and it’s so helpful. He’s super active great customer service too
Really high quality and great customer service. The play pen not only helps keep our baby entertained, but the wood and withstand plenty of abuse from him (lots of tugging and bouncing again the edges). Customer service was also really friendly (they overnighted a replacement part, which was very considerate). Can't recommend enough!
Love it!! So cute and fun. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend
Unfortunately the door broke after less than a month and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone to get a new door.
In the two weeks I’ve had this (I was hesitant my husband was adamant that we needed to upgrade from small pin to this one.) my baby went from not progressing physically, to sitting up independently, crawling, and as of today pulling herself to stand. This has been HUGE for her development
This is a great playpen! It’s aesthetically pleasing and the quality feels great. It can fold up which is nice and it still feels sturdy. I originally was sent wrong parts so had to reach out to Zety Customer Service but they were great and able to get me to the correct parts very quickly. Highly recommend!
Besides the fact that this "playpen" is amazing...the customer service is top tier! I reached out to the company because my daughter broke the gate door and I was looking for a replacement to everywhere. With no questions asked they sent me a replacement piece within a few days. I am absolutely Blown Away!!
This playpen is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well made. It’s sturdy, secure, and strong enough for my baby to pull up, stand, and even shake with excitement. The space is generous enough for both my baby and me to comfortably play together, whether with toys or the interactive activity panels. The customer service is equally impressive, which is a rarity these days. The company responds incredibly quickly to emails and is attentive to any questions or concerns. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality, safe, and thoughtfully designed playpen.
They sent the replacement door for free. I had a great experience with ZETY PRODUCTS. The door on my Chood playpen was damaged, and after contacting customer support, they responded quickly and shipped a replacement door without any hassle. Communication was prompt and professional, and they provided tracking information right away. The replacement part arrived as expected and fit perfectly. It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind its product and provide excellent customer service. I appreciate the quick resolution and would definitely recommend both the product and the company to others.
We bought this playpen originally for 9 month old and 2 year old and they absolutely love it! They love playing with the activity panels and we've added more toys to play with within the playpen. We've adjusted the size and shape of our pen depending on how many kids are in it (cousins come over) and it's super easy to store away when not needed. Our 2 year old loves to go in and out likes that she can keep the puppies out of it lol. The gate got a lot of use and did eventually break. We contacted ZETY and were super helpful in assisting us in getting a replacement. Their customer service is top notch and would definitely recommend to any family with little ones.
One of the toy panels arrived broken and one of the panels would not fit properly
Easy to put together. Pretty sturdy. My daughter loves it and I love that I can make it any size that works for us at the time and can fit different areas of the house. We have had it for a few months and aside from having to swap out some of the play panels because my little tries to climb them haha we love it! We had a piece break but the customer service was amazing in helping us replace it!
super easy to put together, i love that it can be used in multiple ways and comes with little toys!
Got the 10 panel playpen. It is large! My daughter is 6 foot, pictures show her laying stretched out in it. Set up was fairly easy, however Directions for which way the hinges went were a bit unclear for me so my husband took over and had it put together in like 15 minutes. The only thing about it i dont like is the gate. Its a little tricky to open. Overall very happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend getting the mat to go with it it fits perfectly
Excellent Playpen. Easy to put together, it is functional & looks great at the same time. Took me about 20-25 minutes to put together. We have it our living room and it looks great.
I would love to share my experience with Zety as it truly stands out. The product quality is excellent, but what impressed me most was their customer service. When a small part broke, I reached out expecting a standard process. Instead, they responded right away, asked for my address, and immediately shipped a replacement, no hassle, no back-and-forth. In a time where customer service often feels like an afterthought, this level of responsiveness is refreshing. It’s clear they stand behind their products and genuinely care about their customers. This company sets the bar. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be sharing my experience with friends and family.
I struggled to find the right playpen, but this one is perfect. I love that it’s modular so can be completely customized. Currently have it set up as more of a gate than a pen- it’s great!!
My baby loves this play pen, high quality and adjustable to fit your space. Highly recommend
My husband is always saying quality over quantity, so we spoiled ourselves and got this baby gate. It’s gorgeous! Easy to put together and great quality wood. I got the 6 panel but you can easily change it to 4 panels, or change the shape, or fold it and store it away altogether! It’s sturdy enough for my 8 month old she hulk daughter to shake and stand up on. Happy with our purchase!
Love love love exactly what I was looking for its nice and big very adjustable. this is the 10 panel playpen
I’m very happy with this purchase. It was easy to assemble by myself during her nap time. The gate works great and this is a game changer for our 9 month old. The mat fits perfectly too.
Looks great and does the job. Could be a little more sturdy
High-quality wood and Montessori totes for toy storage. Safe play space for babies 6–18 months. My 9-month-old loves exploring, stacking, and playing inside!
I’ve bought two of these - just purchased my second one since I loved the first so much. They’ve changed the gate though and it’s harder to operate and more annoying. Wish I’d known!
Exactly what I wanted and need! Solid weight so it does not easily fall over but the gate door is a little flimsy. I do worry sometimes that my baby will break it because he’s so rough on it. Love that you can adjust the size and shape!
so well built. easy to put together! my 7 month old absolutely loves to play with the little activities on it! the door on it is easy for adults to open and close but also complicated enough for babies and children. it’s also spacious enough for him to roll around and not hit himself
Amazing product, and even better customer service. High quality construction, and very easy to assemble. Also very simple to adjust the size and shape of the overall enclosure. The wood is thoughtfully constructed with no signs of wood splinters or rough patches. The hinges have multiple set angles that lock into place, from 360 degrees one side to 90 degrees the other side. The weight is also just right, light enough to collapse with one person. Also, customer service was top notch. I asked for an additional panel which is normally sold separately and they sent me one free of charge!
We purchased this gate for our baby boy and it far exceeded our expectations. In addition to being exceedingly pleased with the product, Zety’s customer service is absolutely amazing. My niece broke one of the panels and the door. I emailed Zety’s customer service inquiring if they sold the pieces separately and its cost. They replied that they would replace the items at no cost. We are truly grateful for their customer appreciation and going the extra mile to ensure our son has a safe environment to play. Thank you Zety!
Playpen is phenomenal! Easy to put together, sturdy, safe, and perfect for a new 6 month old learning to crawl.
This playpen is so cute and my daughter loves all of the toy accessories. The only issue I had was that the assembly instructions are vague. It took my husband and I about an hour to realize that the plastic fasteners need to be pointed out then pointed in for every other panel. You will lose your mind trying to break down the playpen without knowing this so hopefully it saves someone a headache. The images aren’t very clear about this and there’s little text explaining the steps. Otherwise, we really like this playpen and are excited for her to use it more.
The size is perfect for us! Its spacious and fits great in a small living room space. I bought this along with the zety play mat that fits perfectly inside. The toy designs on each size are great and my baby interacts with them. Its not too heavy but its sturdy enough bc my baby pulls up on it and shakes it all the time. Overall very easy to assemble.
It was great until it wasn’t! We bought this playpen for my daughter and loved it so much we later got the mat that fits it. I initially loved how she could pull herself up on it as well. She was learning how to stand well and play with all of the siding. However, after she leaned on the gate the whole thing snapped and the door broke completely off. I would not say this is safe or sturdy with how easily the wood cracked and broke. We have only had this playpen for 2.5 months and it is completely unusable now.
This seller is amazing and we LOVE the playpen so much for our 8 month old! We use it daily and the added on columns with interactive toys are a major plus! We were gifted the 8 panel and after putting it together realized we would need more panels to make it a bit bigger and reached out to the seller to see if we could purchase just the panels. Not only were they super responsive but they even sent us the panels at no cost!!! Amazing customer service and quality!
Very nice and beautiful looking playpen! It was also easy to set up. My 6 month old daughter enjoys the toys on it a lot. It’s been a great addition to our household.
Made very well with excellent customer service. I needed a piece on the gate replaced and they sent a whole replacement gate. No questions asked.
Great quality, and very easy to put together. I especially like that I can pack it up quickly if I’m needing the space, and then have it back up in no time! It’s also roomy enough for me to get in and play with the babies. Had a couple of questions, and customer service got back to me in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!!!
This is a truly sturdy and nice playpen, locks easily, baby loves to play with all the activity items that come with it! The colors are really nice and aesthetic. I've received many compliments on our set up! You can configure it however you like, we ended up buying two of these as the size was slightly smaller than the dimensions provided.
Excellent product. Well made and sturdy for the purpose
This has been a great product for me! I've already bought 2 of them!
I really liked this but after only a couple months it’s already starting to come apart so I definitely feel like I could’ve found something better for similar price.
Easy to put together. Sturdy and good size
The play pen was perfect for what we needed and customer service was top notch. We needed a couple extra Panals and they sent them out to us right away. My 9 month old daughter loves playing with the activity panels. I went with this play pen because I liked that they had sensory activity panels rather than just plain bar panels. Less of a jail cell feel!
I really love this playpen! I think it looks nice in our little living room and our baby seems to like it too (as much as a baby can). We originally bought a mesh playpen but after setting it up, it made the room feel small and our baby hated it so we looked for wooden options. This playpen keeps our baby contained while also feeling like an open space. We have the 8 panel, but it’s still big enough that I’m able to get in and play with her. We also bought the mat that fits with it and it has a decent amount of cushion and is great for catching her falls now that she’s learning to walk. We’ve used the playpen every day since we bought it (our baby is 12 months now) so it really feels like a worthwhile purchase.
Recently ordered this for our baby who’s getting ready to crawl and it is great so far I love the aesthetic of it. It was very easy to set up and she’s already showing interest in playing with the side games. I also needed more panels because it wasn’t big enough for the play Mat that we already have and the team was easy to work with in assisting in getting us more.
This is a wonderful playpen! I love the color and the toys, it looks identical to the picture. The best part about this is the customer service. We had some questions and they answered and helped us right away. I know this playpen is on the pricier side but it’s worth it to me, the quality and customer service are both great.
Gate too complicated to open
Set up was very easy, a highly esthetic play pen for our little baby. Also easy to disassemble if the space is needed for something else. A great deal for the product received. No bad spell, nontoxic pine. I would buy this again! The customer service is fantastic as well!
Very sturdy and great quality. It’s heavy so baby can’t push it around. My only complaint is the fact that the toy sections are horizontal so baby can climb them like a ladder, so not safe for baby to use unless I’m right there.
So far so good! I am obsessed with the look of this playpen. Assembly was easy and the product looks beautiful. My house of HOA play mat fits perfectly inside, and this should get the job done! Can’t speak on functionality or durability yet as we are still awaiting the arrival of our baby girl, but I think it will do just fine. (:
Loved how it looks and the wood quality is great. Details are well done and wood is smooth. Assembly was a breeze!
We love our play yard - we have a 6 month old and its the perfect set up for her to safely play on her own. She loves the activity panels and there's plenty of room for all her other toys. It also looks modern and natural, it fits nicely into our living room decor without looking too kid-like. The customer service is excellent, as I decided after I purchased and set up the 8-panel, I wanted the 10-panel and the seller helped me order more panels. Highly recommend!
It's a bit on the expensive end, but it has been very sturdy so far and we can for sure use it for a second baby or share it with another family! Super easy to put together and take apart.
This is real pine wood ,, smell so nice and well built, it also can get lot of different ways to assemble it so it can adjust it to small or bigger rooms
This is good quality and was easy to assemble, both physically and with good instructions! Customer service was very fast to respond and even helped me get two additional panels without charge as we’ve decided we need more space. Will definitely recommend this product to others for these reasons!
Highly recommend this playpen. It’s really good quality and looks really nice in the space. I was hesitant because it was a little higher than some of the other options but it’s great. No regrets! I’m hoping to purchase the mat soon.
We love our zesty baby 10 panel playpen. It's very high quality and well designed. A neighbor of ours had extra panels from their zety baby playpen that they gave us, but they lost the connectors. When we reached out to Zety baby to purchase connectors, they were kind enough to send them to us at no cost! Great customer service and a great product. What more can you ask for?
very cute. not very sturdy especially the gate part.
Love the product. It is helping with my baby’s milestones.
Looks great! Easy to install! Customer service was fantastic! My wife tripped over a piece while stepping over it and broke a segment of the wall, customer service responded promptly and replaced the part at no cost to me! Highly recommend!
so we splurged on this baby play yard after our registry of course because you trouble shoot things in live time and have no receipts. We wanted to keep animals out of the way during tummy time in our family room. We had the plastic typical play yard and realized it had no gate and we almost fell multiple times getting out of it and with grandparents watching our baby we felt that would not be a good scenario so we went looking for something with a gate. Came across this product loved the size and was sold on it over others due to the games incorporated into the fence. Upon setting it up I tried the gate it has a very hard open and close requiring more than one hand which when carrying a baby you’re lucky to have one free hand let alone be able to get low to the floor to lock/unlock the bottom lock. Not sure of other similar products gates but i would look into the mechanisms and compare before purchasing. I have it all set up and will likely keep it since everything else is great quality and i dont have the patience to take it down as you do have to attach every connection top and bottom.
We bought this playpen back in Sept and its been great. My little one has enjoyed the panel activity toys. Recently, he's been learning how to stand up and the vertical and horizontal rails have been helpful in his progress. As for us, we love the durability and flexibility of this playpen. Initially, it was in his room and in the square formation. But in the living room, we have separated the panels into different sections and in different angles that have given our little one more space to play.
So far we’re in love! Very easy to assemble, well designed, aesthetically pleasing. Fits the House of Noa 5x7.5 tumble mat well.
Love this playpen! It looks exactly as pictured, it’s sturdy and my daughter (6 months) loves playing with the little toys on it. Customer service was absolutely amazing when I needed them. 10/10 recommend this!!!
I absolutely love this gate! It’s durable for my 1 year old. She loves the little games on the panels and so do I! The locks are secure, it was easy to put together and I love the colors of the pastels. The seller is wonderful, I originally purchased the 8 panel gate and when I realized that I needed the bigger gate so I reached out to the seller and they are sending me the two panels for free! They also responded so quickly, which was great and convenient. I am so happy with this purchase!
My husband loves it and fits in it perfectly, thank you. Now he can finally watch sports in peace without the kids climbing on top of him
I love this gate! I bought it twice to make it the size I wanted. I created a playroom in the extra space of a dining room in my house. This really helped the flow of my house look nice but also make the baby area look like a fun playroom. Have used it for a year. Plan to use it for a few years. Definitely recommend.
I’ve owned this for well over a year, I purchased the 10 panel version and unfortunately this year around Christmas we broke the door. Company sent a brand new door no questions asked! I really felt the need to leave a review after that! Crazy great quality, very stable, didn’t discolor, and lightweight you can easily lift it along when you need to clean around it. Fit our aesthetic really well. House of Noa mat fit perfectly in here!
Great product! Sturdy spacious design with fun colorful toys on the sides for toddler to play with
It’s a bit pricey compared to other products other there- but it’s completely worth it! It’s one of the larger ones I could find, and we really wanted something with a lot of space. It’s sturdy. But above all- the additional “toys” built into some of the side panels are such a big hit- that is baby’s favorite toy and plays apart from all the others! 10/10 purchase!
This playpen is perfect for our little one. The wood is high quality and it seems like it is going to last a long time. Assembly was breeze and instructions were easy to follow. I had a question for customer service, and they were excellent. It’s Truly hard to find this type of quality and customer service these days. Highly recommend.
This baby gate is incredible! My baby loves it and all the activities it includes. The customer service is unmatched. We needed two extra panels to fit in our space appropriately and they sent us two for free during the holiday season. Quick to respond and get you what you need!
Very easy to assemble. Looks and works great except the gate.Adjusted a few months later from 5 to 3 stars. Playpen does not hold up very well. Plastic joints crack, especially the gate, which really only stood up to my baby for a month or two. Gate needs to be redesigned or reinforced.
I want to give them is product a higher rating [4 or 5] but I do not appreciate how difficult to get support. I need a replacement gate for my playpen but I am unable to find an option to even contact anyone.I have noticed that OTHER wooden play pen brands offer single panel or gate options.Other than that, I love this gate. I can take on so many shapes amd it's very versatile.I know it's supposed to fold up neatly BUT It an be tricky to use but it's easy to maneuver if you move 2 -3 panels at a time and reconnect them in the new location.
Excellent play pen! The quality is outstanding!! I highly recommend this! Best purchase I’ve made in years!
It’s flawless, very easy to put together or take apart. Baby likes interacting with the segments that have toy pieces built into it. No negative remarks.
Was a great product, perfect size. Relatively simple assembly. The parts that lock became loose and were unlocking consistently. Not sure why or how as no part of the product is broken. They just seemed to lose their strength for lack of a better description.
Easy assembly and it’s nice to change the shape of the playpen according to our grandson’s needs and activities. Nice color too!
Absolutely love it! It was easy to out together and more sturdy than expected! Our 1 year old likes it too and it keeps her occupied after she wakes up in the morning. If you’re thinking about getting one I 100/10 recommend this play pen!
We love this playpen! It’s both durable and esthetically pleasing. When I purchased the 8 panel but then wanted to expand it to the 10 panel, they graciously sent me the extra 2 panels for free. They were quick to communicate, service is great. Would definitely recommend!
This was a great purchase! I’m very pleased and definitely recommend! The gate is the only impractical piece. We just step over it or leave it open. Otherwise the playpen is beautiful and it’s huge (we ordered the largest version). The height of the gate is a little taller than a pack n play for reference and perfect for baby to learn to pull up and practice taking steps around the inside perimeter. The toys are oversized and baby likes them. I only wish there was a more masculine looking color scheme option for the toy bars since I have a son…the toys are pastel and girly.
easy set up and high quality material!
We purchased and set this up for our six month old. He was already crawling and had no interest in sitting for too long. We paired it with foam flooring and continue to switch out his toys and activities so it’s always fresh. Love the panels with the activities built in as well! It’s been six months and the pen looks brand new with everyday use and consistent cleaning. We have the large version in a rectangle pattern but I love the option of sizing it down or changing the shape. Once a month we collapse the frame to do a complete clean and reset and it’s easy and fast even with just one person. Perfect esthetically pleasing pen for your house that your baby is going to enjoy as well!
Product is excellent, better than expected. Great size. Secure when standing. Easily goes together and opens again, but without a child being able to. The activities are also great. Customer service really stands out where we had a question and the company has gone over and above to help us. Well worth the money, thanks!
The locks don’t move easily, so it took hours to put this together. If you have small hands, be prepared that your nails may pull away from your fingers as you press the buttons to adjust the sides. I felt and heard the wood cracking as we were trying to assemble it. Some of the accessories already looked worn on the edges.
This is really well made and was easy to assemble. The integrated toys are charming and my 10 month daughter started playing with them right away. Nice to have such an attractive product when it’s in your living room!
My 9 month old climbs up the horizontal bars making this play pen unsafe for active babies. New parents should consider getting a play pen with all vertical bars.
We absolutely love this playpen!!! This company has always been so responsive and sent replacement parts and extra panels for free. We love them!
Love this for my toddler! I ordered the larger size and it's provides ample space for my toddler to play and not feel "caged in". I was able to assemble it by myself. The toy panels are great for play as well as encouraging my baby to pull themselves up. It's hard to know how to make these types of big purchases with kids, but this one is perfect. Highly recommend!
We've had this for about 9 months now. It is just a really great product. Looks amazing in the house. We are constantly getting compliments on it from friends who visit, our daughter's playdates, etc. We have a fairly high energy 15 month year old and it is sturdy enough to deal with her crashing into it, trying to climb it from time to time, and just generally being wild. Size is great and can fit tons of toys and activities inside.
We got this play pen as a gift and it’s our most used baby item!!! I have 2 large dogs and being able to play on the floor with my daughter in the pen is a game changer. It gave her the ability to learn to crawl in a safe space and now she loves playing with the toys on some of the panels! I highly recommend
Great product! Seller is extremely kind and offered to send me replacement panels free of charge since my baby tries to use the activity parts as ladders. 10/10 recommend.
This playpen is made of quality wood. The interactive pieces are well made and move easily for little fingers. My grandson loves playing in it and it keeps him safely contained.
This playpen has been such a savior for my daughter and for myself! It gives peace of mind because they are playing in a very controlled and proofed area. It is the perfect size and cute for your play area, living room, anywhere you prefer to put it, and also fun for kiddos! I ordered an 8 panel and decided later that I wanted to add panels. I reached out to customer service and they were super quick to respond and made ordering additional panels so easy! I will always appreciate this.
Obsessed with this playpen! The panels are so cute and actually keep my little one engaged, and I love that you can shape it to fit any space and fold it up easily if you need to! It looks beautiful in our home and gives my daughter a safe, cozy spot to play while I get things done. Such a good buy!
Easy to assemble! It’s a great size for my 8-month-old baby. Thus, I feel like he has plenty of space to play and move. He loves the toys.
I originally bought the smaller version, but once I got it, I realized we wanted the bigger one. I was quick to return the first one I bought, but should've waited. The seller contacted me letting me know I could've just ordered more panels rather then exchange the items. I thought that was really nice of them. Too bad I didn't ask! Either way, I am really satisfied with this playpen. It's rigid, easy to assemble, easy to store, and made well. I love the classic wooden look. My 10 month old loves the accessories and the large space he has to roam around in.
Amazing product. Easy assembly. Overall very happy with purchase.
Love this playpen! Such great quality, my 7 month old is so intrigued by the built in games, she even learned to pull herself up on them. I feel comfortable knowing my daughter has a safe space to play while I cook. The customer service team is also very helpful, goes above and beyond! Would definitely recommend!
This playpen is very high quality made out of really nice looking natural wood. The toy parts of the playpen all are really beautiful and slide well. It was really easy to put the playpen together and it is really big - definitely plenty of room for our baby to explore and play. This is a really great option for anyone that has the room..
We absolutely LOVE this playpen!!! My toddler and baby both adore the toy panels. It was extremely easy to put together and it looks even better! Amazing quality! Highly recommend this playpen for anyone in the market! Aside from the playpen itself, this company is outstanding and goes above and beyond for their customers!!
Cute in theory and the play sides are fun, however they’re also climbable already by my 9 month old and feel no longer safe. Would stick with a simple vertical slat only design.
We run a dog sitting business out of our home and needed a safe place to let our daughter play freely away from the pups. This has been amazing! I love that you can customize the size. We’ve reconfigured this probably 10 times already and it’s fairly easy to move and adjust. It’s a bit of an investment but worth it in my opinion.
I recently purchased the Wooden Playpen Extra Large for my baby, and I couldn't be happier! The foldable and expandable design allows for easy setup in any room, and the 10 adjustable panels provide ample space for play even after adding a shelf (attached to wall). The natural wood finish is not only aesthetically pleasing but also safe for kids. One of the standout features is the toy panels, which keep my little one entertained for hours! It’s sturdy yet lightweight, making it simple to move around as needed. Additionally, I reached out to the seller to purchase extra panels, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, this playpen is a fantastic investment for any parent looking to create a safe and fun play area for their child. Highly recommend!
UPDATE: after posting my review the seller reached out and sent me a replacement section. This works well, as my son is not super mobile yet. —- VERY UNSAFE!!!! My child was playing with one of the shapes and almost caught a point to the eye. Definitely don’t recommend.
This “baby jail” as we affectionately call it is well constructed and the 10 panel is a nice big size that’s perfect for our one year old to have plenty of space to crawl around and play. She loves the “toy” panels, the tracks and beads are her favorite. It was pretty straight forward to put together, and while we did have one small piece missing (that didn’t prevent us from putting it together) the company was extremely responsive and sent out the missing part within a day. We also got the mat specifically made for this pen and it was also worth it and didn’t have a weird smell.
They’ve upgraded their playpen door and I’m very happy with the product! Our baby loves this play space. Cute and functional.
My daughter loves this gate! It provides her the safety and me the peace of mind to do daily tasks like cooking and cleaning with her near my side! Might I also mention the product itself is lightweight yet built beautifully and was a breeze to buy together. Highly recommend.
We bought this playpen when our baby was only 5 months old and he is now 18 months and it still gets used everyday! The customer service has been great when we wanted to order extra panels to make it even larger. Highly recommend!
This is an easy and well made playpen. Love how looks easy to use and great size.
Amazing playpen. Hugh quality materials and flexible configurations. Very easy to set up and everything shipped well packed and wrapped. Customer service and support are also very responsive and helpful to answer questions. Highly recommend
I ordered the 10-panel set but initially received the 8-panel version. I reached out to customer service, and they were very responsive and quickly resolved the issue—within 72 hours they sent the missing parts to complete my baby gate. The gate is easy to assemble, has a clean look, and my 5-month-old loves it. I would recommend.
My 10 month old stays entertained!! The perfect thing when you need to walk away and get things done around the house while leaving them safe
3.5 stars - We’ve used this 4 months. I get lots of compliments on it. It only took a month for my 7 month old to figure out the door locks. By 10 months old, he managed to break the wooden door off completely. It’s cute but doesn’t last long. Initially we had to sand down parts where big pieces of wood were sticking up and dangerous for littles.
We love this playpen! Super easy to build and very sturdy! We had an issue with one of the panels breaking several months after purchasing and they sent us a new panel at no charge. Highly recommend!
we LOVE this play pen! it’s so versatile. love that you can change the shape, it’s super easy to assemble, and has lasted us for quite some time now. if you’re a new parent i 10/10 recommend purchasing this.
Love the play pen, it works really well. Can be a little tough to reposition, but I think that's a good trade off for the stability. We have had it since May, and finally had an issue. Our boys leaned on the open door one too many times and the wood chipped at the hinge. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement door for free the very same day! Great customer service.
We absolutely love this wooden playpen! We have it set up in our living room for our 1 year old, and it’s been a total game changer. It gives him a safe space to play while still being in the center of everything, and he really enjoys all the built-in features. The materials feel sturdy and high quality, and the design fits in nicely with our home decor so much better than the typical plastic options. Recently, one of the panels (the one with the gate) broke unexpectedly, but I have to give huge credit to the seller. I reached out and got a response in less than 24 hours. They were incredibly helpful and immediately arranged to send a replacement panel ASAP. The customer service was just as impressive as the product itself. Highly recommend this playpen both for the quality and for the support behind it!
I NEVER do reviews but because of the customer service I am! I bought this playpen back in April for my baby who is now eight months old and it has been wonderful to keep his toys contained and him when I need to cook and also keep the dog away from the baby things. The gate panel broke when my niece and nephew were roughhousing and pulled on it. I contacted customer service on Tuesday morning about the broken gate asking just to buy that single panel and instead they shipped me that day the gate panel for free and it is now Friday and it arrived. They said they would send it that day and gave me a tracking number fantastic customer service, great product!
Love the gate! So cute. It are using this as a replacement of a black fabric play pen that we found wasn't transparent enough to see through for the kids and us. Honestly, much better quality that others. Easy to put together too! In my opinion the 10 panels give more space for play at are more versatile.
The gate is a little clunky and sloppy to open but the playpen is still a hit with my 10 month old.
Overall a solid play pen. Assembly was very easy, took a few min. All the wood is buttery smooth and sturdy. The little doo-dads are a fun addition. The gate mechanism isn't amazing, but we tend to step over it anyways. Still, I would recommend it ****Follow up 7 months later. Although we outgrew this a while back, i would still 100% recommend. We still use two sections of the playpen as a gate for a hallway. I also had a question and their customer service was actually really helpful and speedy (not too common these days)
This playpen was easy to put together and fits great in our playroom! You can keep as one big playpen or split into two smaller ones. We wanted additional panels to make it bigger. We contacted the seller and they replied immediately and are sending us two additional panels. Great customer service!
I bought this for my office because I needed to put her in a non-square space and the angles worked like a charm. I am very happy with the product and design and she loves the toys! I ended up buying the other version as well and one of the pieces came broken. I contacted the company and had a replacement piece in days. Very happy!
Excellent customer service. Great product. My door broke. Few months after purchase and messaged the seller. They sent me a replacement as a curtesy and for a mom that is so helpful. Highly recommend their product.
Very easy to put together, sturdy, and versatile! I would definitely recommend this to other families!
Great product! Easy setup and so cute! Love that you are able to make various shapes with this product! My baby loves the toy panels!
Love this play yard/pen definitely keeping my grandbaby safe in one area. I recommend!
Really well designed and quality playpen. Easy to set up and switch around. My baby loves the built in toys!
We absolutely loved this playpen! The setup was honestly super easy once I figured it out, took me about 30 minutes to get the whole thing set up! I love the fun colors as well as the interactive pieces that are built into the playpen! It’s super good quality and is going to last us for multiple years to come! We got the mat that can be purchased separately and everything for perfectly! My son absolutely loves it and I love not having to worry about him getting into things he should have access to! Highly recommend!
The playpen was easy to assemble and has been sturdy and well loved by our little one — she enjoys the spinning toys especially. We have three small dogs so this has helped create a safe zone for baby. We’ve been really happy with it so far with the look and quality.
Keeps my daughter where she needs to be. Super sturdy. She loves playing inside. Locks are super safe and kid proof. Best part is light weight and easy to put away.
I’m so happy with tis wooden playpen! The quality is great, and it’s already a favorite for my baby. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Tyler and the Zety Team for their excellent customer service. There was a small mix-up with my order, but they resolved it quickly . Very impressed with how they handled everything…highly recommend both the product and the team!
Love this playpen! It has been a staple in our household with a mobile infant in the house. The material itself feels very sturdy and I love the panels that have activities built in. My daughter loves to play with the different panels (although she's learning how to play with some of the more complex panels). I also like the height of the panels which feels right for a baby learning to not only stand but use as a guide to walk. My only gripe- while the foldability is relatively functional- it is not always practical to put away / set up. I've noticed the locks for each panel require a bit of effort to push down, and given the way the panels are connected- it can be a challenge to get it into the shape that you want. Again, it's possible to do- it's just not super easy to do so.
BUY THIS PLAYPEN! It comes with the panels fully made.. compared to other companies where it is a puzzle to be assembled. The wood is smooth and each section is sturdy. The activity centers are fun and safe. I needed to ask a question and the customer service department responded immediately and quickly helped. Bravo to this company and product!
We originally purchased set of 8 but wanted two more. Seller was very accommodating to get us the two other pieces for the larger set up. It’s so cute and love that it comes with some activity panels. Our daughter is climbing all over it and it holds up nicely. Her favorite thing to do is open and close the door.
I love it. It’s great and easy to assemble.
This baby gate is everything we wanted it to be and more! I did a lot of research on different ones to try and pick something that was a good size and fit our area well and this was perfect. The toys that come included in the panels have been great for entertaining our little one. We recently needed help with a replacement part (from our own doing) and the company was phenomenal in working with us! We definitely recommend!!
We absolutely love the Zety Baby Wooden Playpen! It’s been a total game-changer for our home. The quality of the wood is fantastic—sturdy, smooth, and looks beautiful in our living room without being an eyesore like many plastic options. Setup was surprisingly easy, and I really appreciate the flexibility in shaping it to fit our space. Most importantly, it feels incredibly safe and secure. The latches are strong, and there’s no worry about tipping or wobbling even with an active baby pulling up on the sides. It’s roomy enough for toys, a mat, and for our little one to crawl and play comfortably. I also love that the open slats make it easy to keep an eye on baby while still giving them some independence. If you’re looking for a high-quality playpen that combines function and aesthetics, this is it. Worth every penny!
I accidentally ordered the 8 panel playpen when I meant to order the 10. I did not want to have to deal with disassembly and return of the playpen, so I reached out to the seller to see if I could purchase two more panels separately. Tyler from customer service emailed me immediately to assist and they are shipping the extra parts to me! I did not expect this level of customer service at all! Additionally, my baby loves the panels with play items and is entertained by them. I am extremely happy with this purchase and would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future!
Bought the 10 panel version, it is very sturdy and provides ample room for our daughter to play in and she loves it!
Great customer service! It’s great for my 6month old
LOVE IT! Anytime anyone comes over they ask where I got this. It did take a while to assemble, but it is a value for the money, it’s sturdy, safe, and easy to remove. My son plays in this for hours, there’s always something new to do or explore. Highly recommend! I have even taken some parts away to make it smaller until he grows into it.
Updated review: The company reached out and replaced the broken gate with a new reinforced gate. Great customer service
I bought the 10-piece set, but since my daughter is only 9 months, I’m currently using just 8 pieces and it works perfectly! It’s sturdy, safe, and looks so much nicer than the plastic playpens. It gives her a safe space to explore now, and I know it’ll be super helpful later when she starts pulling herself up and standing. Great investment that will grow with her!
Perfect size. Nice and sturdy and couldn’t be any better for what we needed
This is such a cute “baby jail”. My son absolutely loves it and it has made our lives so much easier (and more fun!). We bought an additional one for my parents house and unfortunately a piece broke during shipping. My mother contacted ZETY and said they were wonderful to work with and immediately got her a new piece. HIGHLY HIGHLH RECOMMEND
Great pen. Using it to go around my daughter's floor bed so we don't have to worry about her crawling out of the room at night. Fits perfectly around our queen floor mattress. She loves to pull herself up and flop back onto the bed with the bars and the toys keep her entertained. The wood is nice and soft, no splintering. I like that it can be folded up and put out of the way if guests need to use the room. The gate was a must have because I'm also pregnant and didnt want to be stepping over the rails, especially because I'm short. The only cons are it is a bit cumbersome to fold/change configurations & it isn't super solid, but don't think that will be an issue. If youre using it for multiple/older kids it could be an issue. Overall great purchase.
This playpen is perfect. Large enough for her to crawl and play while keeping her safe if I need to leave the room. It’s a little tricky to put together, not because it’s actually difficult, but because the instructions are not very clear. Once I got it figured out it was smooth sailing. Definitely recommend!
Great! Had a bit of trouble constructing one of the toy panels -- customer support sent me that panel fully built.
Difficult to put up and take down, the toys fall apart
We love this playpen. Our son purchased this for us so we will have the same set up for O. at our house. We needed a couple of extra panels and the customer service could not have been better. The playpen is cute, sturdy and includes educational toys in the panels. Set -up was easy and it can be configured to fit our space. And the best thing is it keeps our grandbaby safe.
I recently purchased the Zety Baby Wooden Playpen (10-panel) and I’m really happy with the overall quality. The wood is sturdy, smooth, and safe for my baby. It looks beautiful in the living room and gives my little one plenty of space to play and explore. The toy panels are colorful and fun. my baby loves them! I had a small issue with a plastic connector and a missing toy panel , but the company responded quickly and was very helpful. Customer service was kind and responsive, which really made the experience even better. Definitely worth the price. Highly recommend this for parents who want something safe and stylish for their baby!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: A must have in your registry!!! I wanted something to look nice in my living room and this one checked all the boxes! I use this every single day since she started crawling!!! This have been such a relief & a safe zone to have our daughter in when im cleaning, cleaning dishes ,cooking or when i just need a break from holding her or chasing her around the house , plus she loves being in there!! it is super practical and adjustable , you can have it in different shapes! I love that! It is a portable item too.
Such good quality and my 9 month old who’s now crawling loves it. I was worried she’d not like being fenced in lol but she’s been loving it. Easy to put together. Love the wood and toy sections.
We ordered the smaller version of this wooden playpen, and it's absolutely wonderful! It’s very stable and feels sturdy, which gives me peace of mind when my little one is playing inside. There’s no unpleasant smell at all, and the wood has a clean, natural finish. It was super easy to assemble — I had it set up in no time. The colors are soft and pleasant, and it looks great in our living room. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to other parents!
I’m in love with this play pen, it’s so beautiful and well made. Having this beautiful wood in your space beats any plastic playpen aesthetically and practically. It is so sturdy and durable and the will last for years to come. It’s easy to fold and store away when not in use as well. This is an essential for parents!
It’s perfect for my toddler
The media could not be loaded. Great until she learned how to bust out. My daughter at 20m figured out how to open the door.We had about a year with this and it was really nice, i just wish they would make the doors on this better
Excellent product we absolutely love ours! I wrote to the manufacturer and they sent me a panel free of charge that was in the original image order! Great product and wonderful customer service!!!!
Overall I thought the design was beautiful but just a few weeks in the door broke after my 9 month old pushed on it.
The playpen is great! Very spacious and my daughter loves to play in it. We had 1 piece break but the seller was extremely responsive and sent a replacement ASAP. Would definitely recommend!
Absolutely love this play pen! It came so fast and was easy to assemble, great quality and looks great! One of the small cars on one of the panels came damaged, so I reached out to Zety directly and they immediately sent out a replacement part, no questions asked! Would definitely recommend! Super happy with this purchase and my daughter loves it!
Purchased for our inhome and all of our kiddos love it! - even when we had an issue with the gate we got a replacement with zero issues and customer service was great!
We couldn’t be happier with this playpen! The quality is outstanding—the wood is smooth, soft to the touch, and feels very safe for our baby. Assembly was quick and easy, and we love how flexible the design is. The panels can be arranged in a variety of ways to fit different spaces, which has been a big plus for us. The toys included are thoughtfully made and engaging, and everything feels very sturdy and well-crafted. We did run into a small issue after receiving our order, and the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving it right away. That kind of support makes such a difference when buying baby gear. One thing to note: the playpen can slide a bit on hard floors like wood or vinyl, but placing it on a rug or play mat helps the felt pads grip much better. Overall, this is a high-quality, beautiful product that’s clearly made with care—both in design and in customer experience. Highly recommend!
Good playpen. Fairly sturdy considering the number of panels (we used the max) and keeps our baby in without flexing like other playpen we tried. We had a question about setting up the playpen and customer service replied quickly. We had a separate issue about not receiving an expected part as shown in the listing and customer service said they'd send it to us. Will recommend.
Such an amazing and cute playpen! Great quality and safe! Thank you for your great customer service!
We’ve had this playpen for about a month now and absolutely love it! It’s sturdy, spacious, and perfect for our baby. Recently, I broke one of the panels while folding it, and I also noticed they now offer a spinning toy panel. I contacted customer service and was very impressed. Tyler from The Zety Team responded quickly and offered to send a replacement panel, the new toy, and even extra connectors and hinges—completely hassle-free. Great product and truly outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
Absolutely love this play pen, it is the perfect size and has an elevated/elegant look. It is sturdy & very easy to set up and store away if needed. In addition, their customer service is very responsive and reliable. Highly recommend!
We are so happy with this playpen — it’s absolutely perfect for our needs! We love that it’s made mostly of wood, which not only looks great but feels much sturdier and better built than plastic alternatives. The quality is excellent; it’s solid, stable, and clearly designed to last. Our son loves spending time in it, especially playing with the attached toys, which keep him entertained and engaged. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, well-made play area for their little one.
Missing a panel.Would’ve given 5 stars because it’s super easy to assemble and transport, but missing pieces you pay for is unacceptable. Also, my daughter climbs up the horizontal activity panels. If I were to buy again then I would get one without the activity panels.
I purchased this wooden playpen for my toddler, and while the assembly process was easy, I encountered some significant issues. Unfortunately, the playpen arrived with missing parts, and to make matters worse, some of the pre-drilled holes didn't align properly. This meant I couldn't assemble it as intended. I had to discard two panels and assemble a significantly smaller playpen than advertised. This was quite disappointing, as it didn't provide the space I needed. On the positive side, the company did acknowledge the problem and provided a credit for the issues. However, this doesn't fully compensate for the inconvenience and the fact that I received a substandard product. In summary, while this wooden playpen has the potential to be a good product due to its easy assembly, the issues with missing parts and misaligned holes make it difficult to recommend. It is very pretty though and good quality!
One of the play panels is different than the one pictured (and I strongly prefer the one pictured) and some of the rods/connectors didn’t fit together well. Was hoping for something slightly higher quality (and that matched the picture) for the price
I spent a lot of time researching playpens. I went with this one because it checked all my boxes. It folds easily, can be arranged into any shape, and was fairly priced. I had a question about setting it up and the customer service got back to me literally the next day. I also like how you can order extra panels if needed!
Very pleased with the product. Came sooner than expected. We were a bit concerned about the assembly based on the reviews but assembly was pretty easy. The playpen itself is awesome, the incorporated toys add extra level of entertainment for kiddos. Wood is smooth. The ability to change the sizing to fit the space is so convenient. Overall very pleased with the product! I would recommend
It was great, but the gate piece broke with the weight of my daughter and I had to take it out. There isn't a way to just buy one piece in the owner's shop. I am trying to repair it with wood glue, but I'm not sure it will work out.If the seller would kindly reach out to me so I can buy a replacement panel, I would be a happy customer.
We love our new playpen, my son likes that he has different options to play with on the walls of the play pen. We love the aesthetic look of it and that it fits perfect right next to our couch. The set up was pretty simple and I like that we can fold it up just in case we need to store it later on. Definitely recommend this play pen!
I couldn’t be happier with this playpen! It’s sturdy, spacious, and super easy to set up—perfect for keeping my little one safe while having plenty of room to play. The materials feel high-quality, and I love the neutral design that fits right in with our home decor. What really impressed me was the customer service. I had a quick question about assembly, and their team responded almost immediately with clear and helpful instructions. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind their product and cares about their customers like this. Highly recommend to any parent looking for peace of mind and a company that goes above and beyond! Would definitely purchase from them again.
We’ve been so happy with this wooden baby playgate! The quality is excellent—sturdy, smooth wood that feels super safe—and it looks great set up in our living room. Setup was quick, and the structure feels really solid. The built-in toys have been a huge hit with our baby. They’ve really encouraged him to start to pull himself up and learn to stand. This has definitely become a go-to space for playtime. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that’s both functional and developmental!
Great product, my son loves it. It was a little challenging to put together but I didn’t read the directions. Had to go back and actually follow them since some of the pieces look the same. Also decided to switch out some screws with larger ones to make the spinners and the bars their on more sturdy but it was fine the way it was. Love the size and the door on this product. The fact it can collapse was a plus as well!
This is a really nice playpen, and I love the built in toys, but one of the pieces of wood is too thick and won’t lock in place. My husband tried and it won’t budge. I moved around the plastic hinges to see if that was the issue but it’s this one corner of the wooden frame that clicks into place that is misshapen. It’s like it’s too thick to fit inside the hinge all the way. Would be a 5 star product otherwise.
Love this playpen! However, one of the panels is different than what was advertised. They did not send us the rotating/round pieces- we got shapes instead. Also, it says it is 96” x 96”- it’s actually 93” x 61.5” at its largest rectangle form
I absolutely love this playpen! It’s aesthetically pleasing and really easy to fold and change shape. We have had it in a couple different positions for our space and it is exactly what we need to be able to play with our little guy without our doggies getting in!
High quality, easy to assemble!
Great product! Initially was hard to put together but once you get the hang of it, it was easy to install. Love the added toys and the ability to fold closed!
This is high quality and attractive. Set it up pretty easily. Required extra muscle to connect on a couple parts but overall easy to put together. Love the look of this and the quality. The built in toys are awesome. Highly recommend! Edited to add- is there a way to purchase a replacement gate panel? We love this so much and need to replace the gate. Would love to know if that’s possible!
Love this item! Especially because it fits in our space so well, easy assembly, and different shape options!
I’m very happy with this purchase! The item arrived earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. It was nicely packaged with everything in perfect condition. Assembly was super easy, as the toy panels were already pre-assembled—huge time saver! As soon as we set it up, my daughter started crawling toward the toy panels—she was instantly curious and engaged. The playpen is very sturdy, and the gate works perfectly, locking securely every time. Overall, I’m really impressed with the quality and design. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe, fun space for their little one!
We really like this, it looks beautiful and the built in toys are great. A few complaints though - the instructions are unclear as to which way to place the top/bottom connectors, which made it really a trial and error for us. Also one of the pieces was manufactured incorrectly so we had to use a mallet to get it to fit right. My biggest complaint however is how awful the gate is? My husband and I are both tall so don't need it, but it feels so flimsy like it will break the first time you use it.
We have had this play pen about 6 months & love it! It’s aesthetic & versatile. The gate panel did end up breaking but I recently reached out to the supplier & they sent a replacement! The process was easy, as they were quick, responsive & sent the piece right away! I’m so happy I chose this option over others.
It was a wonderful playpen until my 15 month old son climbed on one of the panels with the sticks across it, and he just fell out of the playpen and landed right on his head!!!! It's not safe for toddlers!!! they can climb and run away at some point and fall and get hurt. For babies only! All the panels with the games are nice but make this playpen unsafe!
Love the wooden playpen, but the door piece keeps falling apart. There's no way to contact the seller for a replacement part, meaning you'd have to buy the whole product again, which is expensive. It would be much better if there were an option to replace individual pieces as needed.
Love this! It’s easy to collapse and transport like we just did for our friends to use at their baby girl’s first birthday party. My baby girl has a blast playing in it everyday at home! And I love the versatility with how you can set it up. We recently changed it to a longer gate set up
Great quality, easy to put together and great customer service! Our son loves the panels with toys on them!
Love this playpen!! My baby just learned to crawl, and I was looking for something that will fold up easily as we’ll be moving soon. I also thought the built in toys were a great addition. The wood is really nice quality and looks really nice. Upon arrival, one of the wooden toy pieces was broken so I reached out to Zety customer service, they responded very quickly and immediately shipped a replacement piece. I can agree with several other reviews that the instruction booklet isn’t very clear as it improperly shows the bottom connector but we assembled it with all the connectors facing the same way which worked. It only took about a half hour to put together. The door opens either way which is nice. It’s very sturdy, he’s taught himself how to pull to stand using the railings. Definitely would recommend!!
Really excited to receive this playpen. Rating is 5 stars— it’s spacious, sturdy, and perfect for playtime.
This is sturdy enough for baby to stand and not knock it over. It was a little tricky to build but you can easily fold it in when you have company or need the space. My baby loves the play boards and the wood is aesthetically pleasing so I dont Have to sacrifice to look of my living room.
Love this play pen for my little one! Versatile and great for smaller spaces, as I’m able to change the shape and size of the play pen based on the area. Easy to fold up when we are done with it. During assembly, one of the panels broke. Customer service was super helpful and responded within 12 hours to have a new (fully assembled!) panel sent my way.
I am SO excited for my baby boy to start using this. I’ll admit, it was a bit of a splurge but if you need any sign to say get it, use this as a sign! The play pen is so incredibly well made and sturdy! It’s made of natural wood and well manufactured toys. It folds up very compact as well so you can fold it up and store it easily between babies! You can put it into basically any shape that you want which is a nice feature. You could even unclip the pannels easily if you wanted to make a long barrier to separate rooms. It does require some assembly but it was very easy to do. I had a very minor issue with one of my pannels and I contacted the company and they fixed it so quickly! Very happy with the customer service. Highly highly recommend!
We purchased this when our baby was learning how to crawl and the colorful toys on it were very enticing and engaging. We were initially unsure the pen would be sturdy enough but when it arrived and we put it together, it held very well, especially with baby learning to stand over the months. I actually think that this playpen enticed our baby to start standing very soon—people were surprised he could stand around 6 or so months! The pen its self with rails to hold onto and the colorful toys definitely helped! When he started to get more agile he began to unfortunately use the horizontal toy panels as stairs and he was relentless about it so we reached out to Zety customer service and they are so quick to respond and give us a solution! I’m giving it five stars because it is still a very well made product and their service is amazing! In addition, we ended up breaking the hinge of the swinging gate and they are happy help with that as well.
The playpen arrived with three defective panels (the plastic pin was not embedded deep enough into the wood and it didn’t fit in the connector). It was impossible to contact the seller. Amazon sent me an email that they were unable to contact the seller.UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller, who provided a full refund for the playpen.
This looks really good and solid yet it was such an easy build it required no extra tools and the instructions were easy to follow. Love that it's expandable reached out to seller to get more panels and customer service replied quickly.
One of the panels broke during assembly, but Zety offered to send a fully assembled replacement right away. Kid loves playing with the toys I was able to build so far but don't have enough experience with it to leave a full review. 5 stars for now for the help from company hoping that outweighs the broken piece. Will update review if there are any other problems.
My baby loves this playpen. She has been very entertained with the interactive panels. It was very ease to set up. We love that it has a gate and folds flat making it easy to store away. It’s also much more aesthetically pleasing than the typical cloth playpen. I got the 8 panel which is plenty big but if you plan to sit or lay with your baby in the playpen I recommend the 10.
Outstanding product, outstanding customer service, outstanding company. Love my baby’s new playpen. Perfect and beautiful creation. The model playpen that I received was slightly different from what they have posted on Amazon. The original model comes with a panel that has spinning abacus, the new model has shapes that slide from side-side. I really wanted the spinning abacus so I contacted the company through Amazon, honestly I was not expecting much as it is now with many companies. Zety (company) reached out immediately offering me a new panel with the spinning abacus at no extra charge and free shipping! Tyler from Zety rocks! One of the best features is how easy it is to assemble and zero tools but your hands are needed to put this beautiful playpen together. This thing is huge, beautiful and amazing! Not only does it beat its functionality but aesthetically it looks amazing in our home! Did I tell you that I myself have been spending lots of time in there as well! 😂 💯% recommend to the whole world! Will purchase again from Zety.
In theory very cool, however, ours came with misaligned holes and also broke after a couple months. We’ve also experienced some of the wood cracking.
My husband purchased this for our son and i am so happy he did! Very easy to assemble, no tools required! My baby is 7 months old and now has a safe area where he can play and it's large enough for when he starts to crawl. I love how it's easily expandable as well
I received this playpen off of my baby registry, i got the 8 panel and i absolutely adore it! It has been my favorite gift thus far. It is very sturdy and beautiful. The costumer support also was phenomenal, they were so quick and helpful with their responses when i had to reach out to them. Would 10/10 recommend to anybody looking for a playpen!

Really love this play yard! It was pretty easy to assemble and the little attached toys are so cute and my son actually plays when them!
This play pen is everything I expected. It was easy to build and I love that it can be put away just as easy whenever we have guests. It is very sturdy and is not an eye sore around the house. I wish I would’ve bought this sooner!
We love this playpen! The quality is great, the size is perfect for the baby! she has lots of room to crawl around and I really love the built in toys. So brilliant. We did notice immediately upon opening there was an issue with one of the toy panels. I wrote the company and within just a few hours customer service got back to me and assured me they’d fix the problem quickly. They resolved the issue by sending a new panel overnight! I’ve never had such great customer service. Only call out we have- pay attention to the instructions. I ignored one section that was super important and it took a few to fix. Once we had it together though it’s perfect. Well worth the money. Love that it folds up when not in use and light weight. Definitely recommend this one and this company!
Ok I want to start with saying that the 1x I seen this playpen was on a tiktok. I told my wife how beautiful it was and its prb going to cost my whole paycheck to get. Cost: yea there are cheaper ones out there that do the job but being a "crunchy" mom this is made of pure wood no toxins.... so yea the little exta is worth to me. We got the 8 panel one wished I would of gotten the 10 to be very honest.... even if its too big for your space you can EASILY remove them to fit your space lol use the extra as a baby gate just saying. When we received the package we were so impressed! The way this was stored in the box wrapped in the plastic flim! Chefs kiss!!! Once we started taking parts out we got worried that we had to put every panel together but nope it was only one the one with 3 barrels and that was so simple!!! They clip into place so easily. Overall we are in love with it and our baby is too!!! He for sure loves the barrel panel the most 😄
Bought this to have a safe play place while I wfh. The baby and the cat enjoy the built in toys more than I expected. Bought the 10 panel set, but originally set up 8 panels until we needed the extra room to crawl. We don't really use the gate, just step over, but haven't had issues with it yet. The holes for the dowels on the spinny cage section was a little small and should be inspected for quality control, but we dealt with it okay. Overall it's been super helpful, sturdy, attractive, and worth buying.
Edit: Amazing customer service! After my review, customer service reached out and sent me a new updated play pen. This one seems sturdier and still has the amazing toys I loved. I wish I would have just reached out directly to them right away when the door broke. If you ever have any issues or questions with putting it together or any other issues, please reach out. They have top tier customer service. I would recommend and buy this again. Original review: I was looking for a quality play pen, and got this one because it is wood. I was looking for something that was sturdy wood but not ugly. I also liked the toys on the side. When I got this I initially liked it but the door broke within a few days. It’s also not easy to fold and put away. You must use an Allen wrench and undo one of the panels to be able to fold it away. That is also not what I was looking for. I had high hopes for this product but was disappointment
The playpen is really big and very nice to look at. I wanted a playpen that would be big enough for me to play inside with the baby. The spin rattles are a big hit. The gate is easy to open too. We had a little problem assembling the baby gate, but customer service was very quick at responding and fixing all our needs. I’m very happy with this purchase!
Such a great playpen - wonderful quality! Love the toys attached to it. Sure a bit pricey but I think it was worth it! At least so far so good.. wish I purchased it sooner! Don’t get those playpens that zip up for a “door” .. such a waste of money and easily ruined!
Update: the sellers reached out and did everything they could to make the situation right. Very friendly and willing to help. Would recommend buying from them. This play pen is extremely flimsy. It’s very confusing and difficult to put together. The door is absolute crap. My 16 month old literally broke out by pushing on the door and it snapped. Would not recommend. It’s a nice concept and big but not well made at all.
Love love it! You can adjust the size with the panels. I enjoyed being able to get in with my grandson to play! Very sturdy and easy to fold.
Good customer service. Door broke after a few days. Reached out and they sent a replacement.
The item is really good quality , easy to assemble and support from the seller is very good as well. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a playpen
I read some reviews while impatiently waiting for my playpen to arrive and started to get anxious cause of some people’s reviews about there experience. Ether I got lucky, and got a sturdy, perfect playpen, or the bad reviews I see on here was from user error when they say there playpen the activity part came broken. Now I would like to put my experience out there maybe call some reviewers out in a way.. when I was assembling this playpen it took me 2 hours threee glasses of wine later but as I was building it I noticed by the activity part where everyone says it’s broken when it “arrived” the piece you connect from gate to gate to slide that part of the fence in with that activity cube is kind of hard and found myself pushing with the activity center on the fence part and I was like mother efers! That’s how they broke it and then they blame manufacturing… so everytime I found my self pushing with that part I would let off and figure out what I was doing wrong. Reason for four stars is it does slide around. It’s because it’s on tile I just wish it came with rubber bottoms instead of what it came with.. so I’ll be visiting Lowe’s tomorrow. And the gate part where it opens a Is very very hard luckily I’ll hardly ever have to open the gate I’m just step right over. Other then that this playpen is pretty awesome.
I purchased this Zety 10 panel wooden playpen for my 6 month old grandson. He’s already very active and a good roller and this playpen is perfect for this little mover and shaker. Once he starts crawling it will be a safe and secure environment to keep him contained and amused. It’s the perfect size with ample room for both of his parents to join him comfortably inside. The enclosure is very sturdy and was very easy to put together. The pine wood color and the pastel wooden play panels are soft tones and can match any room. I would highly recommend this play pen to anyone and have already gotten so many compliments on how nice and sturdy it is. We had a problem with one of the wooden dow rods (the damage was caused by their pup) and I emailed Zety’s Customer Service to see if I could purchase a new panel. They got back to me the same day! Seriously, (same day) how often does that happen??? And they were so understanding and accommodating and shipped a panel out that day FOC. I highly recommend this company because of their customer service and will definitely do business with them again.
I love the concept of the playpen, but it’s not sturdy and the its made of the cheapest material. Falls apart easy and the spinal for one of the sides came broken. I wouldn’t spend $230 on this again. Better options out there.
Cons:*Needed to sand down some of the pieces to make them fit correctly together*Instruction Manual was unclearPros:*Absolutely beautiful and largely spaced*Relatively sturdyWe still need to order a custom shaped floor mat but overall the play pen is esthetic and functional.
I liked this gate for the function. It folds up pretty easily and you can arrange it in different shapes which was convenient. Assembly wasn’t too bad. The only 2 issues I had is 1. There is one plastic piece that is off by a few centimeters which causes one joint of our play pen not to be able to securely close all the way around. Our toddler can escape out of the play pen because of this if she really wants to. 2. The wood rungs of the gate door came out within the first few months and I had to wood glue them back in. It could definitely be sturdier. I don’t think we’re especially hard on the playpen…Not any harder than anyone with a toddler would be. It’s decent and does the trick. I’m not convinced it will last past normal wear and tear of our first child, though.Overall our toddler really likes being in there so we kept it.
Very easy to assemble. Our baby loves the panels with the toys on them. Very sturdy and aesthetically looks very nice in our home. 10/10 would recommend!
I have not completed assembly, but I expect to be successful, eventually. The package I received was intact, but there were double item #11 and no #10 part. I tried to contact the customer service website given in the package, support@zetyproducts.com, which it seems does not exist. The domain, it seems, also does not exist. Amazon should be aware of this. In addition to the tools mentioned in the instructions (which include a rubber mallet for forcing the pegs together) it helps to have a belt sander to get the spindles to fit. Update-All the parts were there, I eventually figured out the difference between parts 10 and 11. Some of the parts do fit together very snuggly and that is why I took off one star. I could not find the customer service website, as I originally stated, but the company did reach out to me.
The Wooden Playpen Extra Large is a fantastic addition to my home! As a small woman, I was able to assemble it all by myself without any issues, which speaks volumes about how user-friendly it is. The playpen is much sturdier than I expected, providing a safe and secure space for my baby. It also has fun features that keep my little one entertained. I’ve received so many compliments on how pretty it looks – it’s both functional and stylish. Highly recommend this playpen for any parent looking for quality and aesthetics!
I like this playpen. I use it to separate the babies who don’t walk from the toddlers at my church.A couple things about it I don’t like are 1- it isn’t made very sturdy so I get worried when I need to move it or fold it up. 2- the panels with the toys on them are horizontal creating the perfect ladder for kids to try to climb over.Definitely love the look of it!
Already has a damaged part and it happened the first day But nice overall
We ordered this for our new granddaughter, and were very happy with it after assembly, except for a single piece that was broken. We sent a message to Amazon asking about getting a replacement piece rather than returning the entire playpen. The seller representative, Tyler, contacted us immediately and sent the replacement piece out the same day. Thank you so much for a wonderful overall purchase experience.
For the price of this playpen, I expected assembly to be much simpler. The dowels for the spinning panel barely fit into the designated holes, and there’s noticeable bowing on one side of the wood panel. The wood seems fragile and can easily break when inserting the dowels, so caution is necessary. Additionally, one of the buttons meant to secure the gate doesn’t push down properly—it’s slightly misaligned, making it difficult to slide and close. The assembly process was also very time-consuming.That said, I love the overall look and functionality of the playpen. It’s a great addition despite the frustrating setup process!
We love the play pen however there are some attachment panels (Number 8) which are 2 different sizes and will not attach properly. I am waiting for the seller to resolve this issue because the rest of the playpen would look beautiful and functional if this panel was sent correctly.
We love the size and ease of assembly. Unfortunately a piece broke off the gate within 3 days so I can’t give it 5 stars. Size is great and our baby loves the extra space. I like the look of this over the other plastic ones. The gate is still working so I’m not going to go through the hassle of disassembly and return but picture for reference. Hopefully it holds up because we do really like it!
Highly recommend this playpen! It’s great quality, easy to assemble, and aesthetically pleasing. Our 6 month old loves it, and the toys that are included, too. The customer support team is wonderful as well if you need to contact them.
We purchased the 10 panel playpen. The wood is a nice clean look. It’s very spacious for my baby and I even lay in there with him! The colors on the toy panels are really pretty as well! The playpen itself is really sturdy in my opinion! Originally we had trouble with one panel that snapped during assembly due to morphed wood! I reached out to the email on the insert and received a response almost immediately!! They sent a new, assembled panel right away and I got the replacement in less than 3 days! I definitely recommend!! I have 2 Dobermans and gate is as tall as their heads! They just watch him play and I love that baby can watch them roam also. 10/10
Like :- activity Center is so much fun.- looks beautiful, nice wood and pastel colors.- size is great (we bought the 10 panels one).- foldable, sturdy- value for moneyDislike:- hard to install, you need to have some tools to put things to place.- need two people- assembly instructions are inconsistent across the manual.- the bottom connector assembly image is wrong.I was worried all along during assembly if we have to send it back because every step of the way there’s some difficulty but if you have some experience on how to get around some complexities you should be good. I just wish it was easier to install. It took almost two and half hours.
Update: Customer service reached out to me to remedy the issue and sent a new door out within a few days. Very impressed. I want to love this. Assembly was easy. It looks nice. And my little one loves the built in toys. However, the hinge adjustments are a little tricky and take some getting used to. It’s a little on the light side, which is great for moving it around, but also means my 8mo old can also move it around just by kicking the inside. Biggest flaw though is the door. It’s really unstable. I knew from the start that it wouldn’t take much for it to break and not even a month later it did. It was my own fault for tripping on it, but I imagine a toddler leaning on it would have the same impact. And of course this makes it completely pointless now.
After so much research, this is the playpen we decided to go with. There were some other good options out there but none of them compared to the size of this one. It’s super versatile (we left 2 panels off for now) but we like that we could add them at any time. We had an issue with one of the panels that was possibly user error but customer service sent us a replacement immediately and was super helpful. It’s incredibly sturdy and it does fold up nicely for storage. It didn’t have any bad smell and the toys are all functional and fun. We honestly couldn’t be happier!
UPDATE: Stars adjusted based on incredible customer service. We've always liked this play yard and get compliments on it, as well as have shared the link for it. The issue that we had was resolved LITERALLY OVERNIGHT by their amazing customer service. Highly recommend reaching out to the company if there are any issues at all, bec they will resolve them for you. We also learned that they're in the process of launching an all-vertical product in the near future. Highly recommend this company. This play yard is well made and super cute, EXCEPT for the fact that the pieces with horizontal rods basically turn into a ladder once your child becomes more mobile, rendering it dangerous and obsolete. We removed a couple of the horizontals, but left two. Now we need to remove the last two and we are left with a tiny area.....I would recommend finding something similar and wooden with NO horizontal rods.
Beautiful and sturdy. So much nicer to look at everyday than the traditional playpens. Great customer service!
I've tried two different playpens, including one from a bigger company, but the quality just wasn’t up to par. This wooden playpen, however, stands out with its solid construction and high-quality materials. I especially love the built-in Montessori toys, making it both a safe and engaging space for my baby. Hopefully, it will last a long time! The only drawback is the door panel—the plastic part seems defective, and it doesn’t close properly. I’m hoping the company can replace the door panel, but overall, it’s still a great choice for those looking for a sturdy and well-made playpen.
So far I love this baby gate. The toys are perfect and I love the colors. However, I had to pull out a variety of tools to assemble one of the sections, and it broke during the process. The problem was that all but one of the dowels did not fit into the holes. For lack of a better tool, I used a potato peeler to shave away some of the wood on the ends of the dowels so they would actually go in their slots. I get that things should be snug, but I don't think I could have even hammered these all the way in without damaging it. Had the same problem with another piece and had to use a dremel to sand down the dowel joints to fit them in their holes. During that process it got stuck halfway in because I hadn't sanded it enough and when I tried to pull it apart again the dowel joint broke off in the hole. It was ok because you actually put a screw through those parts, so it all worked out. But seriously more work than it should have been!Otherwise I like everything. Definitely sturdy.
Easy to assemble aamd flexible. The perfect space for baby grow into. The dimension are little odd … I could find a good playmat that was an exact fit.
After receiving the playpen, one of the jumbo toy panels need assembling and one of the rods were longer than the other not allowing us to build this. Reached out to customer service and they answered within 24 hours. They mailed me an already built panel at not extra cost as well as providing a credit for the wait time. Customer service was very kind, helpful and always responded in a timely manner. To build the playpen, overall assembly is very easy and straightforward. Love the quality of the piece. My baby loves it.
one of the panels arrived damaged. the panel that is damaged has one of the activities so it is unable to be used.
This play pen is adorable, easy to put together, and easy to move! The size was perfect for our little play room and I feel really good about how sturdy and well made this product is. Have told plenty of our friends about this!
We got this product but some parts were broken. I am able to use the remaining parts as it is easy to assemble. Would recommend only if you can spend 5-10 min to set up and disassemble each time you want to put this and remove it. It’s not easily foldable so that it can be stored
I am so happy with this play pen! The wood is great quality, it’s super sturdy, and my baby loves the activity panels. It also breaks down and folds up easily. I am so happy I went with this one!
We quite like this play pen so far, we’ve only had it a couple of days so we’ll see. It needs to be on a surface other than the floor, otherwise the felt on the bars is not enough grip. While directly on the floor it was not tilting with babe which was a fear of mine, but babe was able to basically drag it. Once we put it on our area rug (which we deep cleaned because it’ll be our baby’s for now), it didn’t drag anymore and seems very sturdy. You can see baby pulling up against it. We’re always watching, but so far it gives me peace of mind. We like that it’s wood, it’s the only wooden play pen I could find. We don’t use the door, I do agree that the latch needs improvement, it’s quite hard which I prefer, but it’s plastic and I think prone to issues sooner or later, and we can easily step over the play pen.
Ours came with one of the pannels broken. My husband had to glue the pieces back together. Also, the wood pieces are cut incorrectly, so the holes were way too big for each column. My husband was cussing up a storm putting this together. Once finally put together, it is not durable. Our son will very likely be able to break it if he's left unattended at all so we will have to keep a close eye on him. However, it is cute...
Update: the company reached out and definitely made the situation right! The person we spoke to reached out and was super friendly and supportive! Honestly is so refreshing to see that there are still companies like this one that care about their customers! They were quick to make things right and help! They sent out a replacement panel pre built so all I had to do was switch it out for the broken one! It was seamless and now the playpen is perfectly complete! It’s so beautiful and my baby loves all of the activity panel options! It keeps her busy longer than other toys and keeps her safe too! Honestly this play pen checks all the boxes of what I was looking for and more! I couldn’t recommend it more! The play pen is very beautiful and the only one of its kind that I’ve seen on Amazon. The only problem I had was that the one panel with the roller toys came with broken pegs. I had to Jerry rig it with glue to build the one panel the best I could. I’m honestly disappointed because now it’s bowed and not straight. It’s just it took hours to build and I don’t want to have to send the whole play pen back (because the rest of the play pen is fine) just for one panel. I’d love to hear back from the company and see if there is a way to replace just the one panel or I might have to unfortunately send it back. I’d be super bummed if I had to do that since again it’s such a beautiful playpen.
This was the only wooden playpen we could find with integrated toys. We got the bigger 10-panel option. Overall, it's exactly what we wanted - roomy enough for us to play in with our child and for our kid to have the same large floor area to play in as before crawling. The height is good for pulling up and the fence is sturdy. Our child does play with the included toys - unfortunately the sliding track toys came apart pretty quickly and we have removed them until we have time to secure them better. They are at least big enough to probably not be choking hazards but we don't want to take chances. It was pretty simple to put together and the modular design with reversible hinges make it easy to shape it to a variety of space needs. It will also be easy to store without taking up too much space since you can accordion the panels into a stack.
The playpen is solid and looks good. One part was damaged from bad shipping but they quickly sent me another one and I returned the damaged one. Was easy and straight forward to assemble
Amazing playpen! I was in the market for a large, clean and natural wood gate, and this one caught my eye with the 3 interactive panels - they are awesome and adds fun to the "cage". SO easy to put together, you only have to assemble the one play panel with the spinners, 4 screws. Love how big it is, so many small ones out there, which is not fun for mom and dad to join. Also, I zoomed in to review photos to see the orientation of the clips, so I attached a photo for reference, basically you want to alternate which way the clips sit so you can fold it up. Incredible customer service and fast shipping. I actually ordered from another company prior, and it was lost in shipping - meant to be, as it did not have this size and activity bonus! Recommended to all mom friends already :)
We wanted something big enough for our 9 month old to move around freely but also secure enough for him to climb and put weight on ... we found this playpen. I really like the smooth wood construction. He has been chewing on the tops of it and so far the wood has been holding up very well. It has no paint on it either. It was easy to build and has been easy to maneuver into different shapes to optimize the size of the play pen. He plays with all the giant wood toys (bigger versions of toys he already had). He is able to grip the bars and move up to standing and also back down to sitting. My husband and I both fit in there with my son and are able to lean on the panels a bit without issue. The connectors are plastic so we don't want to apply too much pressure on it. Keep in mind that is able to puts toys through the various openings and also pick things up in arms reach as well. We also put the thin mattress that was in his play n go crib and he (we) take naps in there too! So far we love and it we feel safe when he is in there.
The toy panel pink bear fell off during shipping and also the pannels main support was just broken. Everything was great except this. Pretty sure i can use carpentry glue to fix it and screw in the screws myself, but if not ill just remove this panel. Im not the only one to have this wood breaking issue so while i like this product would i have spent what i did on it? No i wouldve picked something else higher quality for this price. It is fine tho. 2/5. Honestly id like a refund for this one panel but who knows if theyll do that
The product was surprising quick to assemble despite my initial concern when I saw all the pieces in the box. A hammer or rubber mallet was helping to assuming the section with the rolling toys. Wood is smooth and the play yard is aesthetically pleasing. I gave it 4 starts due to the quality or lack there of of the door latch. It’s a cheap plastic that you have to turn at the top and bottom. For the price of the piece, I would have liked something higher quality and easier to operate - I’m not sure how you would open it with a baby in your hand.
Things I like about it:1- the look2- toy panels3- being easily foldable4- good customer serviceit moves on the smooth surfaces and you need to add suction cups. We attached a pair of screw-on suction cups around each joint, which helped keeping it in place. I only give 4 star because of that.I bought the 10 panel but I needed to shop extra panels individually. The support team was able to help me with that even though the individual panels are not for sale on Amazon
We just recently purchased this playpen for our 8 month old daughter. We wanted some sleek and easy to fold, but something that didn’t feel like a jail. Haha! We previously had a plastic playpen, much smaller and it had the netting style sides. Our daughter hated it, literally screamed every time we put her in there. Needless to say we love this playpen, it’s such high quality, easy to assemble and very large! The activity panels are so fun, our daughter loves them. We also love the ability to fold up the playpen to put it away when we don’t need it. We had a little hiccup with one of the activity panels, so we contacted Zety’s Customer Service and they were so accommodating, and helpful. We are excited to use this for years to come. Highly recommend not only this small business, but also this because playpen!
This is a stunningly beautiful little (big!) play yard. It’s simple to assemble. Folds easily. The toys are fun for all ages. It’s well designed in all ways. Customer service is truly outstanding. I can’t recommend this more highly. Bravo! And thank you!
I recently purchased a wooden playpen with built-in toys for my toddler, and it has exceeded all my expectations! The craftsmanship is exceptional, with smooth, polished wood that feels both sturdy and safe. The built-in toys are not only engaging but also beautifully designed, adding a charming aesthetic to our living space. My child loves the colorful beads, spinning gears, and little sliding shapes, which keep them entertained for hours. This playpen is a perfect blend of functionality and style, making it a fantastic addition to our home. Highly recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, stylish, and fun play area! Five stars!
Would be cute and useful if you could actually put it together. Holes are not lined up or big enough to put together.
A huge pain to assemble, very flimsy and lightweight, just overall not great. I’d skip this.
I really wanted a baby pen that was wooden instead of mesh so my dog wouldn't rip the fabric. But I loved the activity panels I saw in some plastic and mesh pens. This was the ONLY wooden play pen with activity panels so I waited for it to come back in stock and ordered it. It was pretty easy to set up. It just took a little while with all the screws that needed the allen wrench. I will say that the screw holes on the activity panels were a little too tight so that just required a little more effort when screwing them in. But once screwed in, everything was fine. I like the paint / finish on the activity panels as well, seems durable and likely won't chip. The locking mechanisms all worked for us. They are "unlocked" when they are pushed in, and "locked" when when released. The only slight issue is the plastic for these seems kind of soft. I only noticed it because when I using the tool to lock and unlock them, the tool would dig into the plastic pretty easily. But they did give us double of that piece. So we have an extra for each corner of the pen now, which is pretty nice and is the reason I'm not taking a star off for the softer plastic. (I included a picture) The gate does collapse, but only as I showed in my photo. If you want to collapse all the way, you need to unscrew one of the panels. Which we will do when we put it in long term storage, but until then this was as small as we could fold it. (We did have to unscrew and flip some of the corner pieces because we didn't think about how it would fold till we built it. So that was our fault.) However I was on the fence about rating 4 instead of 5 stars because of the gate. The gate it's self is fine and pretty easy to use. Our only issue is that there is nothing at the bottom (on the open side) to hold the gate in place. I am planning to add a little metal or wood bracket to strengthen the gate when the baby leans on it. Since it is such an easy fix, I decided to still give it five stars. Hope this review helps! Overall super excited to use it. My husband and I tested it, and I have no doubt it will perfect for our baby.
This is the nicest playpen I have found so far and I love it. The toys are HUGE, easy assembly Wish I had bought it sooner.
Lots of pieces to assemble. The flat panels are assembled but all the joints have to be installed. The panels with toys on them have to be assembled. An electric screwdriver helps a lot.Once assembled, the hinges aren't the easiest thing to work with. If you're planning to put it up and take down often, I'm not sure they'd hold up. Once up, it's plenty sturdy and the finish seems good enough that your little one shouldn't get any splinters from it.
I don't know if I just recieved a defective product, or it's just the way it's designed, but the lock mechanism to keep the panels from moving doesn't really work. My 1 year old can push the panels and move them when they are supposed to be locked in place. It's hard to imagine that this is the intended design and doesn't seem safe.My husband is going to build a wooden brace to correct this, but it is disappointing for the price. That said, I love the toy panels and the size. The wood is sanded smooth. It looks beautiful. The panels just don't stay put and we see it as a potential safety hazard.Really wanted to love this product. It looks really nice.
